Then you will be able to return to this site and log in to check on your order status or reorder quickly and conveniently.
2. BY PHONE - If you prefer to place your order by telephone, please call us at 866-644-3837. We are in the office from 9am to 3pm Pacific time, Monday through Friday, and will be more than happy to assist you by telephone.
3. BY MAIL - If you would prefer to mail us a check for your order, the best way is to follow step 1 above - create an account and use the secure shopping cart system. At the checkout you will be asked how you prefer to pay, and you can select "check/money order" at this time. You will be prompted to review your order and then submit it. You can print out the resulting confirmation of your order so that you have the information you need to mail your check or money order to us.
4. BY FAX - If you would like to fax your order to us, please follow the directions in step 3 above, but fax the form to us at our toll-free fax # 800-829-6202. You can either write your credit card number and expiration on the fax, or give us a call with that information at 866-644-3837.
Shipping Information:All orders are usually shipped within 2-3 business days after being received. We use both the US Postal Service and UPS, depending on the size and destination of the shipment. Returns and Exchanges:
